Global oils leader gives IFT13 attendees a reason to celebrate

IOI Loders Croklaan, a leading global supplier of commodity and specialty oils and fats, is bringing the celebration to IFT13 as they prepare for the opening of their Creative Studio, located in Channahon, Illinois.

“At the Creative Studio, we will work alongside our clients to bring their ‘big ideas’ to life, whether to solve a problem with their existing product or develop a new application, and we’ll bring that same mission to the IFT,” Maarten Goos, IOI Loders Croklaan Marketing Manager, said.

An IFT sponsor, IOI Loders Croklaan will be featuring their “big idea” in a big way, including a 35-foot cupcake banner along some of the McCormick Place escalators. In addition to party-themed sponsorships, the global leader in palm and palm kernel oils will carry the celebration to the trade show floor with a photo booth, champagne, and party- themed samples at their booth.

“We are very enthusiastic about partnering with clients at our Creative Studio to help them transform their product development needs and application challenges into big ideas,” Goos said. “By enjoying the application samples at our booth, customers will experience a sampling of the range of functionality we provide through our trans-free oils.”

At IFT, IOI Loders Croklaan will offer cake pops made with their SansTransTM Cake Shortening for maximized cake aeration and FreedomTM 900 coating for clean mouthfeel and steep melting profile.

“With our SansTrans Shortening and Freedom 900 coating, we enable our clients to achieve non-hydrogenated, trans-free applications that offer the benefit of a clean label,” Goos said. “We look forward to working alongside our clients to present application solutions using our full suite of trans-free ingredients at our newly constructed Creative Studio.”

The Creative Studio will open shortly after IFT13 with a grand opening featuring a demonstration by James Beard Award-winning pastry chef Mindy Segal.

“We look forward to meeting with companies at IFT to discuss how we can collaborate on product development solutions at the Creative Studio,” Goos said.
